Gwyneth Paltrow brought Apple and Moses to the beach in the Hamptons this afternoon where grandma Blythe Danner joined them for a day full of digging in the sand and swimming in the ocean. The whole crew splashed around in the water together and Gwyneth looked fantastic in her string bikini. Gwyneth and Apple are fresh off a trip to Paris where they took in the sights together when Gwyneth wasn't partying at fashion week festivities. Gwyneth also recently gave us a peek into her home life with her August cover of Vogue to promote her forthcoming cookbook

Chris Martin Urges All Men To Change Diapers!

Our favorite quote of the day comes from Gwyneth’s hubby, Chris Martin. Chris is dad to Apple, 4, and Moses, 2. He recently told Blender that all men should change diapers,

“Men should always change diapers. It’s a very rewarding experience. It’s mentally cleansing. It’s like washing dishes, but imagine if the dishes were your kids, so you really love the dishes.”

Nuestra cita favorita del día viene de mi marido de Gwyneth, Chris Martin. Chris es padre de Apple, de 4, y Moisés de 2. Recientemente dijo a Blender que todos los hombres deben cambiar los pañales,

   "Los hombres siempre deben cambiar los pañales. Es una experiencia muy gratificante. Está mentalmente limpieza. Es como lavar los platos, pero imagino que si los platos estaban sus hijos, por lo que realmente me gusta lavar los platos. "

Chris Martin de Coldplay y su hijo Moisés, disfrutar del sol después de la escuela británica, con Moisés sosteniendo a su osito de peluche. El líder de Coldplay se podía ver con su muñeca y el pulgar atado con un vendaje, mientras caminaba en la calle en su chanclas. El músico también tiene un par de tacos en las dos orejas! Chris también llevaba una camiseta de lectura "verdad, la conciencia, la dicha ... Sat Chit Ananda". Sat-Chit-Ananda es un término de yoga en sánscrito y es el triple de la conciencia en el plano más elevado, (existencia, consciencia y felicidad) y que el avión es para unos pocos elegidos absolutamente.
Chris Martin of Coldplay and his son Moses enjoy the British sunshine together after school, with Moses holding onto his teddy bear. The Coldplay frontman could be seen with his wrist and thumb strapped up with a bandage as he walked in the street in his flip flops. The musician also got a pair of studs on both ears! Chris was also wearing a t-shirt reading "Truth, Consciousness, Bliss... Sat Chit Ananda". Sat-Chit-Ananda is a yoga term in sanskrit and is the triple consciousness on the highest plane, (existence, consciousness and bliss ) and that plane is for the absolutely chosen few.
